House Supervisors must be able to communicate (in both written and verbal form) and problem solve effectively.
Applicants must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:
A high school diploma and two (2) years of applicable work experience A valid NYS Driver's License Ability to work collegially with others Ability to delegate appropriately Ability to relate effectively to the residents of Lochland, Inc.
, its staff, Board of Directors, and other professionals in the field Ability to work independently and under pressure Professional appearance, ethical conduct, and ability to maintain confidentiality Applicants for the position must possess demonstrated effectiveness in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
